Booking Procedure

1. When you are booking your appointment you are to:

Select the service > pick a day and time > enter your mobile number and verify the code that was sent to you > Read the cancellation policy and select I agree > you will be then taken to a page to secure your booking via payment. 

2. You will receive a confirmation email of your booking. There is also an option in the email for you, If you would like to change or cancel the appointment.

3. A SMS text will be sent to you to fill out any necessary forms via a link (according to what service you have booked)

4. A 48 hour reminder text will be sent along with the need to reply 'Y' back to confirm your appointment. If you do not respond back within 48 hours, a full cancelation fee will be charged. 

(Please note that in the event of a late cancellation, rescheduling or no response within 48hrs, your payment will be transferred to a cancellation fee)
