Skin tightening and lifting is achieved by Focused Thermal Ablation using High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) waves to create thermal lesions in the deep dermal and the Superficial Muscular Aponeurotic System (SMAS) Layers. This thermal injury then stimulates the growth of new collagen and elastin fibres which lifts and tightens the skin, naturally. Results continue to improve for up to 6 months after treatment.

What to expect

In a 60-minute appointment (with exact duration depending on treatment areas), we use a HIFU device to deliver thermal energy to your skin, penetrating deep into the foundational layers to trigger a natural healing response. We can precisely target desired treatment areas and adjust the depth and intensity depending on your needs and concerns. Treatments are generally pain free; a vibration can be felt over bony areas but this is well tolerated. Expect very minimal downtime as makeup can be immediately applied and normal activities can be resumed post- treatment.
